Life happens! If your rented item suffers damage or loss due to theft (with visible signs of forced entry), fire, flood, windstorm or lightning, our rental protection program allows you to rent replacement merchandise with a discount. This means you can continue to rent without starting the ownership journey over!

Accident Assist

Did you accidentally damage an item? With accident assist, you can pay a discounted amount for repairing or replacing a damaged item. If the item cannot be repaired, you may be able to rent replacement merchandise, and continue your ownership journey without having to go back to square one!

Involuntary Unemplaoyment
Payment Waiver

If you face unexpected unemployment, you may be eligible to get your payment waived. This waiver is in effect either until you return to work, have been unemployed for four months or longer, or when $1,000 has been waived.

Courtesy Waiver

If you’re going through a difficult time due to the loss of a loved one, the courtesy waiver allows the balance on your account to be waived. Eligible members must be listed on the original agreement.

Paid-Out Product
Service Protection

With your Protection and Beyond Premium membership, you can receive service on your paid-out merchandise for up to a year after ownership. Protection is provided for product failure and breakdown of your item, as long as the damage is not caused by external factors.
